  Does it charge me 198 right away or is it free for 3 days? It says free for a year but 198 total on website.

  Hi there,

  It will be charged right away but When you purchase the WordPress plan, you have a 14-day trial to cancel it if you change your mind, which means you must cancel it within 14 days after acquiring the plan.

  All WordPress.com plans include a domain registration for the first year. From the second year, you’ll pay for your plan and your domain renewal separately.

  However, if you don’t need the extras that a plan provides to get started, you can also continue to use the free site testingpac12.wordpress.com and then upgrade to a plan when you are ready.

  I’m not certain I understand your question, but if I understand correctly to install any plugin, you must upgrade your site to the WordPress Pro plan.
