The price of the Business plan will remain the same, however, you’ll start paying for your domain. The price will depend on its extension (TLD):

As for the PayPal plugin, what exactly do you have in mind? There are certain features like Simple Payments that are included, however, if you require a third-party plugin, you will need to install those on your own – some may require payment.
