  hi , i want that my whole payment should be refunded , because i dont want to swich with your services , please refund my all money

  Your account shows we issued a full refund on 24th December 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.

  Rest assured, the refund is on its way though.
