Payment receipt

  Hi,

  I received a receipt for my domain, but only got the details to pay with Paypal. I don’t use Paypal. How can I transfer the many via my bank?

  Hi Kevin,

  You can view/print/email your receipts for any transaction by going to Store > Billing History in your Dashboard.

  Please note that when you click on ‘View/Print’ for any transaction, you can change the ‘Billed to’ section by hovering over it. When you click inside the box, you can edit the text.

  When you said transfer the money via your bank – I’m not quite sure what you mean. Can you please explain?

  You don’t need a Paypal account to purchase anything from our Store. You just need a major credit card or debit. We just use Paypal as our payment processor.
