I paid for my domain but it is not there anymore. It was there up until 9th Oct but has disappeared. I also cannot get my emails which are directed to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

I see that you were in contact with my colleague, Melanie, regarding this issue. Please note that you attempted to renew your domain on September 30th, but the domain actually expired on August 29th, 2014. As Melanie mentioned, an $80 late fee is put on us by our registrar to redeem the domain.
I have contacted our registrar about redeeming the domain. I will contact you as soon as I hear back.
I also cannot get my emails which are directed to (email visible only to moderators and staff).
This is because the domain has expired. If we are able to redeem the domain your email will be up and running again.
