    hello , i buy personal plan and pay from payoneer , now i cancel my subscription and i want to know how many days it took to refund my money back to my account.

    Hi,

    If you’ve cancelled your subscription and claimed a refund:

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    I can confirm the refund is complete on our end. Please give it a few days to appears.

    You may also want to contact your financial institution to see if they voided the transaction.
