Payment Refund

    Hi WordPress! I was charged $120 CAD by WordPress this morning, but as far as i know, I am not using any WP paid services. Please help to figure out why it happened, and refund the money that charged.

    Hi –

    The last charge made to the account you’ve used to contact us is from 2016-11-25 . That recent charge must be from a different user account.

    Did you get an emailed receipt notification from us? Could you tell me which site is mentioned on that receipt. Once we locate the correct account I can process a refund.
