  Hi, I would like to cancel the transaction Nov 20, 2018 11:55:56 GMT+02:00
  Transaction ID: [redacted], item : WordPress.com Personal
  48.00 EUR. The payment commited automatically today and I don’t consent, so I would like to claim a refund.

  Hi there,

  PLEASE DONT POST ANY SENSITIVE INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT ANY PURCHASES AS THESE ARE PUBLIC FORUMS

  You can cancel the plan and issue the refund.
  head to your Manage Purchases page
  Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.
  A confirmation page will appear, confirm it.

  I have also added “modlook” tag for the staff assistance. You will get a reply soon from the staff.

  Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I followed the steps you mentioned but I didn’t find any cancel selection, also in the billing history there is no any transaction.
