  Today is the 7 days a go I can’t received my refund payment I ordere canceled 10 August 2022 but until I can’t received my refund payment.
  Please give me my refund payment as soon as possible , because I am student, I’ll pay my university fees

  Hi there, I can see this refund was actually processed as a reversal. Rather than sending money back, the charge never went through in the first place. Typically the charge will just disappear from your statement.

  Can you confirm with your card provider that this is the case?

  Hi there,

  To clarify, you do not need to confirm with us. We’ve shared all the info we have about this charge, which indicates it as reversed (and not refunded) and will not show as a line item refund from your card provider.

  Instead please confirm with your credit card company directly that this charge was reversed. They will be able to clarify and confirm with you that the funds have been correctly returned to your account at this point.
