Payment – refund

Hi WP.
On the 29/30th of april, i cancelled my account.
I was told by e-mail that the amount of 1800 kr was going to be refunded to me.
But at this moment, the amount is still ‘locked ‘ and reserved by WP, in my bankaccount.
Its my money, but I cannot get to use any of them, as long as WP has it reserved.
Its been many days now, can you please release and unlock the amount ??THANK you :-)
