Payment refund

  Dear Sir,
  I bought personal plan for 1068 CZK in 09/2017. One month later in 10/2017 i canceled this plan and got refund 1020 CZK.
  The same day I made two more payments – for personal plan it was 765 CZK and upgrade to Premium it was additional 1515 CZK. When I wanted to cancel my Premium plan, I got refund only 1515 CZK so now I have have free plan and dont have option for my 765 CZK refund. How can I get 765 CZK refund?

  I’ve refunded the remaining 765 CZK to you and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
