i keep getting payment reminder on basic plan

i do not wish to upgrade ….why do i get the payment reminder? how can i get rid of it? i didnt click upgrade button yet i see it lighted why? it is a nightmare…whats going on ?

Have you tried clicking on “Plan” on the left, the checkout cart on the right and then the trash can to remove any uncompleted upgrade from your cart.

Hi there, I looked at your account, and do not see any reason this should be happening. Under Plans, be default the Premium Plan has the blue button for everyone, all other plans can be selected too.
Is this a reminder on your account, or is the reminder via email?
Let’s try this, log out of WordPress.com, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then log back in and then see if the reminders go away.
On the reminder, does it mention a site address or a username/account? If it is for a site or account other than the one you are logged in with, let us know the site address on that account and we would be happy to investigate further.
