  who does the reminder go to? We have several administrators.

  Hi there,

  Renewal e-mails goes to the user who purchased and owns the upgrades. They owner of the blog the only user who can renew or cancel the upgrade. That very well could be two different people. So, I’d get in touch with the owner of the blog if the upgrades need to be renewed.
