  A payment request was sent but I don’t have any subscriptions active.

  I need someone to clarify this issue

  If and only that charge was made by wordpress.com, did you already check that charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/?

  I was not charged yet because the linked card is a debit card without founds.

  Inside my account there is no subscription added so this is weird.

  How can I contact support on chat in order to clarify this ?
