Payment Request from Jetpack when I’ve already paid on WordPress

    I was happy until Jetpack stopped my website http://www.sugarsnapsisters.com. I’ve paid WordPress for my annual subscription and domain, converted to Jetpack a month later, only to get another request for payment from WordPress. They still got that second payment though AND now my website is being blocked because Jetpack are requesting the same annual subscription and domain payment again. I’m concerned to now update my payment details to be charged for 4 things instead of one!!

    What do I need to do?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Here at WordPress.com you don’t have any pending payments. Jetpack is covered by your Personal plan. Your sugarsnapsisters.com site is up and running.

    It sounds like it may be related to your previous hosting. Where was the site hosted before? What was the sender of the email? Could you share what the email said?
