It looks like you have already opened a dispute in PayPal – while it’s active, we can’t issue a refund.
If you’re still able to cancel the dispute, I’d recommend doing that and letting us know here. We are still on time to process the refund from our end.Also, bear in mind that once a domain is canceled, it may not be released for a couple of weeks (or ever). Once it’s released, it’s released to the public, which means anyone can purchase it.

As a followup, the chargeback was won in our favour. We’ve gone ahead and issued your refund.
After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
