    I have not used this account, and a USD 66 was just deducted from my credit card. Can you please revert back the money and close the account.

    You can manage your purchases directly from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    We can also cancel the subscriptions for you, however, for that, we’ll need you to confirm from the correct account. Please log in with the other email address and comment here confirming that you’d like to cancel both the plan and domain.

    Bear in mind that once a domain is canceled, it may not be released for a couple of weeks (or ever). Once it’s released, it’s released to the public, which means anyone can purchase it.
