  when i wanted to monetize my account it told me i need to create an account on stripe, but the problem is my country isnt appearing on the stripe website so i am not able to choose it or put my phone number.

To begin accepting payments via a Stripe account, it’s necessary to be a citizen or own a company in one of the countries where Stripe offers its services for businesses. You can find the list of officially supported countries here: https://wordpress.com/support/connect-a-stripe-account/#countries.
