Payment subscription

  Hello,
  Having tried to pay a subscription with my bank card, that this was refused. I contacted my bank which indicated me that this site not being reassured(secured) the payment was rejected. I asked nevertheless this one to free the ban. What she(it) made but the payment is not still taken into account by wordpress. I thus passed by Paypal but when I confirm the payment, I fall again systematically on the window of command(order) of WordPress. Besides, it is impossible to get in touch with them except in writing and in the United States. I would have needed to free the situation rather quickly.

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and noticed that we’re receiving a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:

  Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.

  All you need to do is click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted (or maybe login to PayPal first and update it).
