Payment taken from account but not showing on my wordpress account

    Hello,
    On September 15th 2016 I paid to use WordPress for my new business website. I paid £85.00 which has been debited from my account. However, it is saying on my wordpress account that I have no purchase history. My Web designer is unable to work on my website and create it for me. I am very unhappy about this want to know about how to receive a refund and move to a different hosting site.

    Hi Emily,

    I do not see any history of charges under this account. This usually happens when a user inadvertently creates two accounts and is not logged under the correct one. Do you happen to know if you have more than one account with us? If not, let me know if you have a domain or transaction ID and I can find the upgrade for you.
