Payment taken from an unauthorised card

Hello,
Long story short, I helped a customer set up a WordPress site in March 2019. At the time I used my credit card and was reimbursed.
A year later my CC was deducted for the renewal. I contacted the support chat and the issue was rectified. I was refunded and the site owner added their own card details.
I’ve just noticed a new payment has been removed from my CC. I still have access to the WordPress CMS for the site in question and confirm my card details are not stored on the site.
I have no means to contact WordPress – the chat functionality isn’t working – save for this forum.
Can anyone provide details for me to contact the billing department? I have a receipt ID for reference. I’d like to know why another payment has been taken from my card when there is no authorisation to do so. I’d also like to know why my card details are still on file for WordPress when this was removed a year ago? Surely this is illegal?

Thank you for your response.
I’d rather not share details on a public forum to protect the privacy of the site owner. I’ve taken a screenshot of the receipt for the $22 and can provide a receipt ID or transaction ID. Would that help?
Otherwise I’ll be happy to email details if that is better.

Nevertheless I’m trying to submit the form, with details in the comments section, and I need to provide a receipt ID. I’ve entered the one I have and the site says:
The receipt does not appear to be valid.
I don’t have a receipt ID from when the site was created in 2019, only one for the payment taken this month.
How do I submit this form and get the information to you?

I can see that my colleague replied to the email early this morning. Please write back to them there. Email is a better option for trying to resolve account issues as they generally contain sensitive information (and this forum is public).
