Payment taken in error for closed account and transaction not showing in purchases

On 24th Feb WordPress took £51 from my debit card (again) despite me closing my account a month before and receiving a refund for the original payment in Jan.
Does not display in purchases or transactions and no live chat as accout closed.

Hi @misskdays, the purchase was on this account, but it was cancelled and refunded. It won’t show in active purchases, but you can see that in your billing history here:
