Payment taken out without permission

    Hi there, this is the 2nd year in a row in which I am charged by wordpress for 84 canadian dollars. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT WITH YOU, this is actually ridiculous and I need a refund ASAP. This happened last year and you assured me it wouldnt happen again and yet here we are. 84 dollars is not small matter, so please, fix this immediately and give me my money back during these difficult times.

    Hi there,
    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form
    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact the billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction they may need to get some additional information from you.

    Hi there:

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    Enter the transaction ID from the charge into that form. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    You can also call your bank for this information. We send this on every transaction on WordPress.com.
