  Hello
  I am selling tourists services and want to start to use a website
  I already cjecked wordpress and think can use it
  At this moment I do not know what is the difference between the personl type or premium
  It says that premium gives you:
  – video support : What it means?
  – gives you 16 gb . What it means?
  – Advanced social media . What it means?
  – email and live chat support. What it means?

  – video support : What it means?

  I think you mean VideoPress; VideoPress is a feature that allows you to upload videos directly from your media folder, and it will display in a custom unbranded videoplayer. This is an alternative to insert the videos using other platforms like Youtube, Vimeo, etc.

  – gives you 16 gb . What it means?

  It’s actually 13gb, but this means that you have 13gb of capacity to store all your media: videos, photos, documents, etc.

  – Advanced social media . What it means?

  I’m not sure what do you mean by advanced social media; I’m not seeing it in the list of characteristics of the Premium Plan. Maybe you meant Advanced Design Customization? If that’s the case, that means that you are able of customizing the CSS code of your website to give your site a more personalized look.

  – email and live chat support. What it means?

  This means that you can ask for help to the Happiness Engineers via live chat or email and they would assist you in private instead of here, in the forums. Check this page to see the different ways to ask for help: https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/

  Basically, the difference between the Personal plan and the Premium plan is that the Premium one gives you more space for customization :)
