Payment Transaction Being Declined

    1. The card has not expired

    2. I am from a supported country – South Africa

    3. I Keep getting ‘Transaction declined’ when I try to purchase the domain name. Do I have to upgrade to premium just to be able to do so?? I’m using my mothers credit card and all the information is correct, so does this mean I have to pay with my own card?

    I can’t tell why your credit card is being declined but you don’t have to upgrade to Premium just to get a domain name.
