  Hi! I can see that with a premium account I don’t have access to plugins. I found a theme I want to use (https://themeforest.net/item/zeen-next-generation-magazine-wordpress-theme/22709856) and I was wondering whether I would be able to use this with a premium account, or if I would need a business account for it?

  Hey there,

  Custom themes (as well as plugins) can only be uploaded on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/business/

  If you do not want to go with the Business Plan but want to stay with WordPress.com, the good news is that WordPress.com has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
