I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

A payment has been taken out of my bank for $64 I have no recurring fees set up and no cards authorised on any account. In this has happened before. How can I get my refund and close accounts. This cannot happen without permission. The email said august 15th….. it is still july. How do I get the money back. We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

There has been a charge on a site I no longer use and no cards should be charged or stored. I would like a refund please. What do you need.?

There would have been options after that, contacting our payments team privately, generating a refund, etc.

No there wasnt … it didnt show anything. Just a box with the name it was from. No option to refund. Just said found it

What do you suppose the URL of the site was that the charge was for?
Do you have any other accounts here?
What email address was the receipt sent to?
Who is the merchant listed as on the charge?

Ah, there’s your problem. ;)
https://themommynetworker.com/ belongs to a different account, as does its upgrade.
You can cancel/refund the charge yourself from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but you need to be logged in under the correct account, which is neither the account you’re currently logged into, nor the email address you keep posting.
Check the email accounts that you have access to, you should be able to see a receipt sent today. Then, log in under _that_ email address.

The email address you keep quoting is the email address that belongs to the account you’re currently logged into, which is not the owner of the plan.
If it really did go to that email address, it’s possible the other email address could be forwarded.

I have hempworxlife11 but no cards attached to that.
I found the mommynetworker but when I try login I think its (email visible only to moderators and staff) but nothing attached to that.
My email account I use is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and that renewal notice came though to my own email account! This is so frustrating.
I am going to just call my bank and say unauthorised and close all wordpress accounts.
