Payment via PayPal didn't work

    Hello,
    I tried to upgrade my FREE account to the PREMIUM account. I used PayPal as payment method, but that didn’t work. Neither my WordPress.com account nor my PayPal account says that the transaction has been executed.
    I asked PayPal, and it seems, that PayPal is not the cause of the failed purchase.
    I don’t want to use my credit card.
    Please help!

    It looks like you were able to buy the Premium Plan on the 21st, but you’ve since also cancelled and refunded it. Let me know if you still need any help.

    I don’t see any recent payment attempts on your site. Are you trying to renew via the Purchases page?

    Please make sure that you have a valid card linked to your PayPal account, or we won’t be able to process the payment. Also note your domain only expires on 27 July, so there is still enough time to renew it.
