Payment via Paypal = trouble!

I have registered a new .se domain with a registrar (not directly through wordpress) and I have made the necessary setup on the registrar account to be able to create the mapping. But after being redirected back to WordPress.com after registering all the information on the Webpal website I have been asked to confirm the purchase. When I do confirm the Explorer window turns all white. Then I either have to update the page or go back in order to refresh the WordPress site, but the new domain never appears in the domain listings on my WordPress account. I am now worried that the transaction have been made several times, but the WordPress site does not seem to think that the purchase have been made. HELP!

I visited the WebPal site and learned that the transaction have been made three times, but the new domain does not appear in the listings on my WordPress account.
1) Why does the domain not apperar? Can it take a while?
2) Where do I turn to get my money back?
Please HELP!

Are you trying to add the domain using your “Settings”->”Domains”->”Add Domain”? I have done this with domains registered outside wordpress (for example http://western-hindu.org.uk/ is an account registered outside wordpress as an alias to my main domain http://western-hindu.org). You need to change the namservers on the hosted domain to ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com (and ns3.wordpress.com if the site allows two backup dns servers)

Once you have changed the nameservers it can take a while for this change to be visible. From memory the maximum is 72 hours, but I did mine in the evening and it worked the next morning. -
Yes, I use the “Settings”->”Domains”->”Add Domain”. I have already changed the name servers and the the changes are visible. But the problem is that when I try to pay for the mapping using WebPal (the only option which is strange) I encountered problems. I have now learned that the transaction have been made 3 times (according to webpal), but the new domain does still not appear under “Settings”->”Domains”->”Add Domain” and therefore I can´t uptade the main domain to my new domain that I have registered. After paying for the mapping through PayPal can it take a few hours before the new domain is visible under “Settings”->”Domains”->”Add Domain”?

did you get a reply/ confirmation after sending e-mail to support? i also had the same problem and wrote to them and have no confirmation they received the message or any other response
