    I got a charge to my bank account for $164.98 but I had canceled that account last year. I only made this account to try and get some help

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi,

    Do you happen to know the URL of the site that the charge was associated with? Are you sure that it was from WordPress.com and not another host somewhere?

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. If the charge is from us, this typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
