Payment with wire transfer

  I’m trying to renew Domain Mapping wih a new credit card (Master Card) details but the system does not accept them. And we can not pay through PayPal as we are a Public Administration.
  Can we pay through wire transfer?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com is not able to accept wire transfer payments. You can see all of our accepted payment methods here: Payment Methods

  The renewal payments you tried to make were declined by your credit card company. This sometimes happens as a fraud prevention measure. Can you please contact your credit card company and ask them to allow transactions from WordPress.com?

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

  in that case, I’m going to try it through Paypal. If it works, What should I do to receive an Invoice?
