payment won't process

I’m attempting to upgrade to premium but my payment won’t process. It’s not my card, i put in all my information, hit submit and nothing happens. I’ve also tried paypal. It processes through paypal and then goes straight back to the cart. It won’t process.

Hi Jess,
I checked your account and noticed that we’re receiving a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:
Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.
All you need to do is click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted (or maybe login to PayPal first and update it).

We are receiving the same 10486 error on our end. Just to cover all of the bases, can you click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted?

I am having the same problem. It won’t process my payment. I have tried to use a credit card and then attempted to use paypal however the link to paypal doesn’t work.
