PAYMENT/BILLING

    I’m trying to get someone to help me. I paid on line, it has not been recognized thus I cannot move forward. I was told it had been corrected but after going through the steps again I found it was charging me. Proof of payment has been sent. I was told someone would contact me and no word yet from billing. No way I have found any link that can help me with this situation. Please It has been over a week. I appreciate your help.
