  I installed WooCommerce Plug-in, ‘Payments’. This immediately takes me to STRIPE where I need to fill in personal details. Page 1 is type of company , sole trader, phone number etc. After verification code it goes to page 2 where your address is required. I live in Australia and software refuses to take Australian address details. It just freezes there and all over. I have spent days looking for help.

  Hi Tony,

  The WooCommerce Payments service is currently only available to online stores based in the United States, and accepting payment in US Dollar. This is noted on both the plugin page at https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-payments, and the support page at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/payments

  If you are based in Australia, you’ll need to use a different payment gateway plugin that supports payments there.
