    Hi
    Iam trying to pay through my credit card but it is not working. The card gets declined. However, the card is active and have no issues making other payments. Any other options?

    Hi Shyam, the declined message comes from the card company. Can you contact them to see why they’re blocking this? I know my card company sometimes blocks larger purchases from online or non-local companies if I haven’t bought anything there before.
