    Hi My bank have told me that there is a £51 charge about to leave my account. As far as i was aware i have cancelled my account with you i no longer wish any services and have not logged in for some time. I have continued to receive email from you that have asked if i would like 50% off. I WOULD LIKE ALL OF MY MONEY BACK PLEASE. I CANCELLED SOME TIME AGO YOU SHOULD NOT BE REQUESTING FUNDS

    @tonijking, I don’t see active or recently cancelled upgrades on this account, and no charge attempts either. Can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for?

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
