  Hi @incaseyoumissedher,

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead, a site using the open-source WordPress software (WordPress.org ) but hosted on Bluehost. Please try contacting your hosting provider and they’ll be able to look into this for you.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
