    Hi
    We are new to WordPress. We created our e-store and wanted to test how payment works. So I made a transaction from my personal credit card to order an item from Ali express. After two days there was no info on the transaction made. When I checked with Ali express, even they didn’t had any order info. So I disputed the transaction. Unfortunately WordPress is charging me $15 as fee for that dispute. Can you please cancel that fee as its first time and I am still learning about these.

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any payments made from the WordPress.com account you’re posting from. Is there another account where all this happened? Can you log into that account and reply from there?

    I also wanted to clarify that your site at vyapara.com isn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, a different hosting company.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

    Please reply from your other WordPress.com account so that we can investigate what’s going on and help you accordingly.
