  System will not accept my payment. I get an error message that only says T. Yes, the letter T.

  Which upgrade were you trying to purchase please?

  Below are the only accepted means of payment.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here, unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Or you purchase a prepaid credit card from outside your country.

  In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

  The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

  In my shopping cart is Premium upgrade and a custom domain with privacy. I am in Canada, so no problem with PayPal. Paying with PayPal directly is not even offered as an option. This credit card has been used for international purchases with no problems. The error message is very strange. There seems to be an error in the error message.

  Also, I am actually in two very different shopping carts right now. Why on earth would there be two shopping carts? The other one only offers wordpress credits as a payment option. I purchase online regularly and have never had such a frustrating experience.

  Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

  Okay, maybe I better find out if I can use WordPress.com. I’m not liking the features in wordpress.org. Thank for tagging this thread for staff assistance. I think I will need it.
