  Hi there,

  Is this for the domain, orionagcon.ca?

  It looks like you used a different username account to buy that upgrade. You will need to be logged in as that account in order to renew the domain mapping.

  If you’re unsure what the other username is, you should be able to see it under My Sites ->People. Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
