I already just purchased a domain name. When I try to set up an account with WordPress to map that domain together, my account gets declined because I already have that domain name.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good Morning –
kiwisvillage, please share the domain address and I’ll be happy to help.
The first step is to add a plan to your account. Head over to wordpress.com/pricing/ to take a look at the plans and their features for a side-by-side comparison.
After you add a plan to the account you’ll click on My Sites > Domains > Add > Map it!
Here are the detailed instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/ -

I also would like to add that I cannot add a plain to my account and that is the problem. It won’t let me add anything as it says “{“error”:”domain_error”,”message”:”This domain already exists and cannot be registered.”}”

I understand what you are asking me to do.
I am following the steps from https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
Within step 1. it says “Complete the checkout process for the domain mapping and WordPress.com plan (if you didn’t have a plan already).”
I am saying that I cannot complete this process because Paypal and my Visa are telling me in the error message, that this domain already exists and cannot be registered. I cannot proceed to Step 2. -
Hi –
Thank you for those details.
I’ve added WordPress.com Personal to your account and the necessary domain mapping for kiwisvillage.com.
You’ll see that I’ve sent an email with a manual payment link. Let me know if you have any trouble with that link (you can reply to that email directly).
