im trying to buy business plan monthly but it on’t let me. is there a way to pay monthly?

I am sorry but currently there are no monthly payment options on any of the paid WordPress.COM plans.All plans are billed annually and total annual amount must be paid upfront at the time of purchase.
But don’t worry if you think that the plan is not suitable for you, it can be cancelled within 30-days of purchase and you will receive a full refund against the cancellation.
WordPress.COM has a 30-day refund policy on all their paid plans, except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. The refund period for Guided Transfers ends 30 days after purchase or as soon as your site has been moved, whichever comes first.
You can still cancel your plans after 30-days but you wont we refunded for your cancellation so it is suggested that you stay on the plan and let it expire.
NOTE:
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.
