    Hi, I was wondering if it is $33.25 per month payments or $399 paid of front for the year also if I start with wordpress.com can I move over to wordpress.org in the future if I want to?

I recommend you to take a time to check the following support page to know the difference between WordPress.com Business and a self-hosted WordPress. It’s always better to consider prudently before having a paid upgrade although you can move from WordPress.com to a self-hosted site with WordPress.org anytime in the future.
