  We are due to renew I need to know if our credit card information has been updated with you since we only pay once a year.

  Hi there,

  You updated your credit card information a couple of months ago so everything looks OK regarding the upcoming renewal.

  Also, note that we always renew all the upgrades a month in advance to avoid any complications.
