  I’ve tried to stop payments last year and from what I did on my account earlier this evening it looked like I’d managed to get £51 & £15 refunded but I cannot see it in my receipts section now. I am concerned that there may be other charges which I am unaware of.

  There are no other active upgrades on your account and a full refund has been issued regarding your Personal plan purchase. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
