  hi I was wondering about the payment system if you select the checkout do you pay the full amount or do you only pay the monthly the $8 for the Premium account Please help

  All the WordPress.com plans ( including premium plan ) are billed annually or for every two years.

  You can choose either to be billed annually or for two years.
