  How can I pay to convert my website to a premium one? My bank account is in Pakistani Rupees and the payment is to be made in US dollars. Has wordpress a Pakistani partner so that payment can be made in PKR?

  WordPress.com accepts all major credit & debit cards, and PayPal transactions. Perhaps you can use a MasterCard or Paypal for making payment from Pakistan.
