  Hi there, I am quite confused by the payment plans. I got charged $300 something on my credit card one shot. Why arent monthly payments instead?

  Hi @antonellalib1810, all of of our plans are billed yearly, and shown with monthly pricing as a metric. What would you like to do?

  Also, I actually don’t see any charges on this account. Do you have another account you made this purchase with?
