    I received notice that my credit card payment didn’t work, I checked and it is the correct payment. I still deleted it and re-entered. Where do I pay?
    YourQuestionMyAnswer.com appears to have two sites, the first one is all filled in but the second one is asking me to build it. It’s seems as though there are two sites with the same name.
    How do I send payment?
    Why does it appear that I have two sites with the same name? (one filled, one empty)

    Hi,

    I’m not seeing any upgrades or attempted purchases associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

    Account recovery overview – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
    Lost password tool – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
    Account recovery form – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    Finally, even if you do not have access to the correct account, if you have your payment information you can use our “Why was I charged?” tool. It was built for situations such as this:

    Take a look at all of that and let us know if anything is unclear or you have any further questions.

    Thank you. I do have access to this second ‘blank’ account but don’t understand how to ‘make changes’ to it. Shouldn’t it just be deleted by your company? It’s blocking me from getting to my original account.
    This original account sits quiet most years but I do not want to delete the original account. Because I rarely access it, I have no idea how this new blank account was birthed.
    Could you delete it thereby granting me access to my original account?

    Thank you for your help. Yes, it appears on this new ‘blank’ site of the same name, that the email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I can go to the original site but I’m not able to log in. When I try, it takes me back to the blank site where nothing is filled in.

    I think you may be able to disregard the old email address of ItsMeeUC. Sorry for the trouble, I’m super NOT tech savvy. Frankly, I don’t know how I got this far so many years ago after someone set it up for me. I really want to pay for and keep the original site that is filled in. I now’think’ the original email address connected to the original page is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    Much appreciated.

    I hope I’m not sending this twice, I just responded and after I sent my response I was then told I wasn’t logged in. So, trying again.
    The two links you have offered, take me to the blank forms of the connected YourQuestionMyAnswercom. If I type in the Google: https://yourquestionmyanswer.com/ I can get to my original site but if I try and log in – I’m taken right back to the blank site. The two seem to be horribly connected now.
    My apologies, you’re working with someone who is not very tech-savvy. Thank you in advance for your help.

    So, it’s this site: https://yourquestionmyanswer.com/ but now, the log-in option doesn’t exist. Before, I could have the option of logging in then it would take me here: https://wordpress.com/me to a blank site. The two seem to be linked. I have no idea how the second, blank one was created.

    I went to the first link you posted with the wp-admin and this comes up for me:
    “User yourquestionmyanswercom Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
    You are logged in as “yourquestionmyanswercom” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Your Question My Answer”. If you are not “yourquestionmyanswercom”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “yourquestionmyanswercom” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”

    The second one is my original site from 2009.
    Thank you again for all your help! I wish I was more tech-savvy, this has really thrown me for a loop. I appreciate you!

    Hi! The site and upgrade owner for https://yourquestionmyanswer.com/ is not yourquestionmyanswercom. But I am guessing it is you, just with a different account.

    Can you log out and log in with the email address that gets comment notifications and what not?

    I have logged out many times and logged back in. I can not reach my original page. The imposter page that is blank keeps showing up instead. Is there anyone who can delete this imposter page so that I can get back to my original page? I need to insure I make the payment so your company does not delete my original page. Thank you.

    Hey! I re-read what you posted Supernovia and I’m now thinking the person who I paid to create the site for me used HIS email address. I have sent him an email.
    This still doesn’t account for why I’d, all of a sudden, have 2 sites, one filled in and one blank, or why, after all these years starting in 2008(?), I now can’t log in.
    I’ll wait to see if he has any answers for me. Thank you for your help!
