Payment’s Disabled?

    Hey, my payments were disabled for my site, I use this site to process my business transactions and have fully verified everything with Stripe and I had even purchased the ecommerce plan; however, I logged in today to see that not only were my purchases disabled but my site plan was degraded to a Free plan. Help would be appreciated, thanks!
